Will pet turf smell?

Not if it’s installed and maintained properly. When you do smell a pet yard, one of three specific things went wrong. Either the drainage is poor (wrong base, or compacted soil underneath holding liquids), the installer skipped antimicrobial infill, or nobody has cleaned it since install.
The prevention is the same list in reverse: a base that drains, an antimicrobial infill (zeolite and enzyme-treated options exist for exactly this), a weekly rinse, and a monthly enzyme treatment. Do those and odor simply isn’t part of the experience. We’ll spec the full system for your dogs; breed, count, and yard size change the recommendation.
