Engineered backwards on purpose
Everything landscape turf optimizes (tall plush pile, varied blade shapes, soft multi-tone texture) is exactly wrong for ball roll. A putt wants uniformity: EverPutt uses dense D-blade polypropylene with no thatch layer, tufted at a tight 3/16-inch gauge, and designed to disappear beneath a sand infill layer that the ball actually rides. EverPutt 65 keeps the pile at 0.5 inches for the fastest roll; EverPutt 81 runs a deeper 0.75-inch pile with a 55 oz face that accepts more infill, so speed tunes from relaxed to tournament pace. Either way, it’s less a carpet than a precision surface wearing a green haircut.
Speed is a setting, not a property
On a real green, speed comes from mowing height; on EverPutt it comes from infill mass and rolling: more sand rolled tighter runs faster. That makes speed tunable at install and re-tunable later, and it makes the base contours you build underneath permanent: shape the break you want to practice, because you’ll putt it ten thousand times.
- Drainage of 50+ in/hr through the perforated backing, so outdoor greens play minutes after rain.
- Indoor rated: garages, offices, and basements build the same way.
- Fringe comes from our landscape lines; Evergreen 102 and Legacy 97 are the classic collars.

Who it’s for (and not)
EverPutt rewards the golfer who’ll actually use it nightly. Short-game reps move handicaps faster than range buckets. If the honest use case is occasional fun, a smaller green or a lawn with a practice mat serves better dollars. If it’s daily practice, nothing in the yard earns its space harder.
