EverSport 105 is the only product in our catalog certified FIFA Quality Pro, the standard written for professional-level play, and the build explains why. A 77 oz face of W-shaped blades stands a short, dense 1.10 in. tall, giving athletes a firm, predictable platform where the foot plants on pile, not on infill. Ball response is consistent across the surface because the surface is the same everywhere.
The supporting cast is unusual too: the thatch is PE rather than the typical PP, spun at a heavy 10,000 denier, so the cushion layer is a structural part of the system instead of filler. Clover and emerald green keep the field looking sharp, and the woven PP backing with two polyurethane coats takes the shear loads of cutting and sprinting. PFAS-free and lead-free testing covers the athletes as well as the sport.
No infill to install, top up, or track inside.
EverSport 105 is engineered as a non-infill system, and in daily operation that changes almost everything. There is no sand or rubber to spread on day one, no migration into low spots, no topping up after a season of hard use, and nothing for cleats and sneakers to carry into the gym lobby. The dense pile and heavy thatch do the work infill does elsewhere.
That is why it shows up in places that run hard schedules: training facilities, indoor gyms, agility courses, batting cages and multi-sport fields. Roll it out over a proper base or a pad, seam it, and it is playable; maintenance is brushing, not ballast management. For sled lanes and turf alleys as much as full fields, it is the working athlete among our turfs.

EverSport 105 comes on 15 ft. wide rolls up to 100 ft. long, which maps neatly onto training lanes and cage floors; wider fields lay up as parallel runs with seams placed between activity zones, so plan the roll direction around how the space is used. As a non-infill system there is no sand or rubber stage at all: outdoors it goes over a compacted, free-draining base, indoors typically over a shock pad, and in both cases seam strength deserves extra care because athletic turf lives on hard cuts and sudden stops.
