What's Inside
Four layers, one lawn
Every roll of EverPlay 100 is built up in layers. Separate them and you can see exactly what you are paying for.

The dense middle of the play line.
EverPlay 100 packs a 76 oz face into a 1.65 in. pile, and that ratio is what you feel when you step on it: short enough to stay composed, dense enough to feel plush. The blades are C-shaped, a curved profile that works like a leaf spring; press it down and the curve pushes it back up. The emerald and lime blend over an olive and tan thatch gives the surface depth, with lighter tips catching the sun above darker body tones.
The construction is the proven EGD recipe: PE C-blades and PP thatch tufted into a woven PP backing with two polyurethane coats, perforated to drain 50 or more inches of water per hour. It is FIFA Quality certified, PFAS-free and lead-free, and rated for the kind of constant, repetitive traffic that playgrounds and busy backyards dish out.
One surface for the whole backyard.
Plenty of yards cannot be split into zones; the same patch is the play area, the dog zone and the view from the kitchen window. EverPlay 100 is built for that overlap. The 100 oz total weight takes high traffic without wearing a path, the C-blades recover between play sessions, and the color blend is lush enough that the turf still reads as a premium lawn from the patio.
It is just as comfortable in commercial duty. Pet daycares, event lawns and school grounds pick it for the same reason families do: it splits the difference between the light-and-fast EverPlay 70 and the maximum-cushion EverPlay 130, with a feel most people call just right.
Right fit, wrong fit.
Choose EverPlay 100 for
- Backyards that double as play area, pet zone and showpiece lawn
- Playgrounds and school grounds with constant foot traffic
- Pet daycares and commercial spaces that need plushness with stamina
- Families who want real cushion without going to a full 2.00 in. pile
Look elsewhere when
- The budget is tight and the space is a batting cage or utility run: EverPlay 70 gives you the same W-family durability in a lighter build
- You want the deepest cushion we make for hard play and big dogs: EverPlay 130 adds a full 2.00 in. pile at 130 oz total
- Dogs are the primary users and rinse-through drainage is the priority: EverPet 87 and its permeable FlowThru backing drain over 1,000 inches per hour
Rolls, infill, and install notes
EverPlay 100 comes on 15 ft. wide rolls up to 100 ft. long; a 30 ft. wide yard lays in as two full-width runs with a single seam, so measure the short dimension of your space against that 15 ft. width before ordering. Brush in 1.5 to 2.0 lbs of infill per square foot, working it down through the 1.65 in. pile in two or three passes. Step-by-step instructions are in the installation guide, and the tool checklist lists the gear worth having on site.
Pairings & the ladder
Inside the EverPlay line, EverPlay 100 sits alongside EverPlay 70, EverPlay 130. The climb is weight and density: more ounces per square yard means more blade per inch underfoot. Heavy pet traffic in part of the yard? Many customers split the space and run EverPet 87 (FlowThru) with its 1,000+ in/hr FlowThru backing in the dog zone.
EverPlay 100 FAQ
Asked about this product.
How do EverPlay 100 and EverPlay 70 differ?
Density and feel. EverPlay 100 carries a 100 oz build on a 1.65 in. pile versus 70 oz on 1.50 in. for EverPlay 70, so it feels noticeably plusher and fills in fuller. EverPlay 70 is the lighter, faster, more economical build; EverPlay 100 is the one you pick when the surface is also the lawn you look at every day.
Why C-shaped blades on a play turf?
The curve gives each blade spring memory. Under repeated footsteps the blade flexes along its arc and returns upright instead of creasing flat, which is exactly what a surface that gets played on daily needs. The curve also scatters light, softening shine.
How much infill does EverPlay 100 take?
Plan on 1.5 to 2.0 lbs per square foot. The dense 76 oz face holds the infill well, and a full load keeps the pile upright, adds cushion and protects the backing in high-traffic lanes.
