The heaviest turf we make.
At 130 oz per square yard, EverPlay 130 is the heaviest build in the entire 2026 catalog. A 99 oz face of C-shaped blades stands a full 2.00 in. tall, and the result is a surface with genuine depth: your foot settles into it, the pile absorbs the impact, and the curved blades push back up when you move on. Emerald and lime green keep all that mass looking like a lush premium lawn rather than a padded floor.
The engineering under the plush is the same as the rest of the line: PE C-blades and PP thatch locked into a woven PP backing with two polyurethane coats, with perforations that drain 50 or more inches of water per hour. It is FIFA Quality certified, PFAS-free and lead-free. Nothing about the extra weight is decorative; it is all pile, and all of it works.
Cushion that refuses to quit.
EverPlay 130 exists for the spaces that destroy ordinary turf: trampoline landing zones, play structures, big dogs at full sprint, commercial playgrounds that never get a day off. The 2.00 in. C-blade pile is the most forgiving surface we offer for falls and hard play, and the 99 oz face means there is simply more material to wear through before the turf shows it.
It is also the answer when a family wants one surface that feels luxurious barefoot and still shrugs off a retriever. Where lighter turfs ask you to choose between plush and durable, EverPlay 130 is built so you do not have to. If your project has a "nothing survives back there" corner, this is what we send.
Right fit, wrong fit.
Choose EverPlay 130 for
- Playgrounds and play structures where fall cushion is the priority
- Yards with big or multiple dogs and hard daily play
- Commercial high-traffic spaces that cannot afford to look worn
- Homeowners who want the deepest, most luxurious feel in the catalog
Look elsewhere when
- You want the plush family feel at a friendlier weight: EverPlay 100 keeps the C-blade spring in a 1.65 in. pile
- The space is a utility run, cage or training floor that just needs to survive: EverPlay 70 does that in a much lighter build
- Pet waste and rinse-through drainage are the main event: EverPet 87 drains over 1,000 inches per hour through its permeable FlowThru backing
Rolls, infill, and install notes
EverPlay 130 ships on 15 ft. wide rolls up to 100 ft. long, and at 130 oz per square yard each roll is genuinely heavy, so plan crew and equipment for placement rather than dragging. Lay out runs so the 15 ft. width covers your space with the fewest seams, then brush 1.5 to 2.0 lbs of infill per square foot down through the 2.00 in. pile in multiple passes; tall pile takes patience to fill properly. The installation guide walks the full sequence and the tool checklist covers the gear, including the power broom you will want for a pile this deep.
Pairings & the ladder
Inside the EverPlay line, EverPlay 130 sits alongside EverPlay 70, EverPlay 100. The climb is weight and density: more ounces per square yard means more blade per inch underfoot. Heavy pet traffic in part of the yard? Many customers split the space and run EverPet 87 (FlowThru) with its 1,000+ in/hr FlowThru backing in the dog zone.
EverPlay 130 FAQ
Asked about this product.
Is EverPlay 130 overkill for a normal backyard?
For light foot traffic, probably; EverPlay 100 or an Evergreen lawn turf will serve well for less. EverPlay 130 earns its weight where play is hard and constant: landing zones, big dogs, commercial playgrounds, or any yard where you want maximum cushion and maximum lifespan from one install.
How do you get infill into a 2.00 in. pile?
In lifts. Spread a portion of the 1.5 to 2.0 lbs per square foot, power broom it down, and repeat until the full load is seated low in the pile. Done right, the infill disappears into the turf and the blades stand tall above it.
Will EverPlay 130 flatten in high-traffic lanes?
The C-shaped blades are chosen specifically to resist that; the curve flexes and recovers rather than creasing. A 99 oz face also means traffic is spread across far more fiber than on a lighter turf. An occasional cross-grain brushing keeps busy lanes standing like the rest of the yard.
